店舖名字另我好奇心又嚟了,到底是什麼料理呢!踏進店內,感覺裝潢單調,有種襌味感覺。翻看過餐牌,原來不是素食店,但是採用有機的,或用米,米粉材料來替代一些奶類製品,可謂食得健康有營。紀州梅梳打 $38近年我愛上了梅酒,凡是跟梅有關的我都不會放過。採用了紀州南梅汁和蘋果醋,毋庸置疑紀州的梅是最有名,品質有番咁上下。味道清甜且酸,純天然,好飲。醬油豚角烏冬 $128烏冬梢為軟腍,但又帶點韌性,山椒和芝士的配搭夠新鮮,夠入味。山椒的微辣增添食欲感。粒粒豚肉香而濃,不嚡口。香腸煎得美味可口。提拉米蘇芭菲 $88材料有焙茶,烘焙咖啡和豆乳,質感滑溜,有香濃的咖啡味道又不失焙茶的甘味。配以咖啡味啫喱,絕配。滿足又有新鮮感的一頓晚餐。
