不能出走,唯有吃一餐和食以舒解想旅行的心。難得放假,慕名而來到尖沙咀「蜜庵本膳」,一嚐好評如潮的和食。位於小街內的「蜜庵本膳」,店舖裝潢走日系簡約風,全使用木質桌椅。清湯烏冬質感煙韌,配以惹味的炸雞非常搭。熱騰騰的炸雞juicy肉嫩。因為是下午茶menu,本來的份量是較少,圖中是加大了的份量。杯子蛋糕以米粉焗製,適合對麩質敏感人士食用。米蛋糕上面舖了蘋果片,味道微甜清香。配上一杯熱茶實在更好不過!混合軟雪糕分別是美人和京茶咖啡,2者以京茶咖啡濃味一點。素食雪糕是自家製,標榜無蛋無奶,質感柔滑,淋上黑蜜後增添多一點甜香。雙白玉一粉一白,粉的是青森產艾草玉子,另一顆則是京都產白玉子;口感煙韌。整碗中,筆者當然最愛來自京都的抹茶寒天:入口帶著茶味又有點爽,像涼粉般,再拌上北海道紅豆蓉,抹茶紅豆一向就是最佳拍擋。另外也有一些季節水果,如:蜜柑、藍莓等。不過就有一點帶酸。班戟特別之處是採用自家磨製的日本米粉取替麵粉,而且創新了不少口味。例如筆者吃的就是朱古力口味,班戟上的可可醬同是自家製,用了法國品牌cocoa barry的朱古力,柔滑又可可味濃郁。日本米粉製成的班戟質感綿滑,還帶有一點彈性質感。據說餐廳以乳酪代替牛油,難怪入口充滿香味之餘又沒有太大膩感。抹茶加蘇打水,還是第一次喝呢。蘇打水的清涼感中又有微微抹茶甘香,蠻特別的。 continue reading

本來係打算嚟食佢嘅和風定食 點知坐低先知原來午餐先有 如果大家要食定食嘅話 記得唔好好似我咁夜晚嚟 豬左🤣不過店員服務好好 好nice( ´▽` )ノ-✏️唐揚雞腿肉米粉班戟 ($128)依度有得試米粉班戟 比較特別 自己冇食過同埋係出邊都好似冇乜見過😛睇個menu介紹 所謂米粉pancake 係採用左日本米磨成嘅米粉 再同雞蛋 粟米粉整嘅用米粉代替小麥粉去整pancake仲可以令到一啲麩質敏感嘅人都食到 好貼心呢🤓食落質感好得意 有些微黏口 又帶少少煙銀感覺 偏輕盈而且個size好qq 🤪試下新嘢 揀咗鹹嘅配搭 點知有驚喜啊!雞腿肉炸都好香脆 而且炸粉唔厚 個蜂糖漿帶點香橙味🍊有種清新嘅感覺 淋埋落去鹹甜鹹甜又出奇地配合 幾推薦 可以一試!!😚 continue reading

每逢WEEKEND, 都要走入一間咖啡店CHILL下~ 由於要拎貨比客, 星期日就去左尖沙咀近寶勒巷既一間日系、小清新既咖啡店~ 係門口打開MENU, 就見到啲PAN CAKE好吸引呀! 就立即入左去坐低繁星之夜、焙茶蜜梳打 : 雖然杯繁星之夜外表普通左D, 以茶包上場, 但味道都唔錯, 有層次, 一試就知高級野 焙茶既茶味夠濃郁, 配埋SODA, 係夏天之選 鮮果黑魔法 (季節水果製作) : 朱古力CREAM既TOPPING, 好滑好香濃呀! PANCAKE 底都製作得好好, 雖然有D貴, 但配番時令新鮮水果, 都值番啦! 邊食邊開心仔 下次再去試埋主食!!!  continue reading

【蜜庵本膳】以木系為主調,空間感大,簡潔舒適,很少多餘的裝修。快到Dinner時間,簡單點左一份可可香橙Pancake同朋友Share食。可可香橙Pancake $118知道本店Pancake以日式米粉代替麵粉製作,吃著健康又有新鮮感。Pancake曡上6-7層高,搭配香橙片和可可Cereal,還有印上「香港加油」字眼的小Pancake作裝飾,擺盤精緻。Pancake質感鬆軟,帶點煙韌口感,香甜的朱古力醬和濃郁的橙香十分夾。艾草豆乳甘酒 $48第一次試艾草加甘酒組合,有種新鮮感,口感較傑身,艾草味較爲突出,之後飲到少少甘酒味,整體來説味道一般,不過應該係一款幾健康有益的飲料,下次再黎會想試試日式和食。 continue reading
