平民小店,成本要打得好才能經營下去,半隻海南雞只賣$65,唯有跟足星洲做法,採用冰鮮雞。雖然個人不喜歡雞味欠乏,要靠三色醬提味的吃法,卻不得不讚主理人對浸雞處理很認真,雞不肥,肉腍滑,不著冰鮮雞的腥氣,而配料的薑蓉亦有別於坊間,以青蔥剁製,雞味不足但配起蔥蓉,好味多了。更多宴會菜分享@http://foodxfile.blogspot.com/2010/08/blog-post_05.html
