同朋友一共兩個人嚟咗尖沙咀,午餐想食啲平少少嘅,就去咗都幾出名既好時沙嗲, 因為我哋晏咗去所以去到都好少人,兩個人叫咗一個牛筋通菜煲,就61蚊,仲叫咗一碟串燒蝦雞飯 就57蚊,因為係午市時段,可以跟餐4蚊要一支樽裝汽水, 我同朋友就揀咗可樂 ,個牛筋通菜煲個汁似係出面平時麵舖食到嘅柱候汁,而串燒蝦雞飯既蝦跟嘅辣椒醬都相當好味,辣椒醬嘅份量多到可以撈飯, 另外當然唔少得跟串燒雞嘅沙嗲醬, 尖沙咀黎講想食平少少,好時沙嗲幾唔錯嘅選擇 continue reading

一班朋友約埋一齊聚舊,又想唔限時,又可以食到星馬菜式,就去左幫襯好時沙嗲中學時期已光顧,必食一定係招牌無骨海南雞,雖然係用冰鮮雞,但肉質口感好滑,絕不遜色過鮮雞。炒蘿蔔糕係我第二至愛,有菜莆、雞蛋、蝦米等材料炒,十分惹味。加埋馬拉盞炒通菜,帶點咸香蝦醬味,撈飯一流。咖喱牛腩、蝦粉絲煲味道一般,手抓餅沾咖喱汁食也不錯,個人較喜歡串燒併盤附上的沙嗲醬,個醬配手抓餅食好match,相比咖喱還要好食,大家下次可以試下呢個食法 continue reading

ordered the chai tow away and fried hokkien prawn mee... huge disappointment and let me explain- chai tow kway - too oily and the sambal used just tasted weird. while the chai tow kway itself has an okay texture, it is overwhelmed by oiliness and just a lack of depth. fried hokkien prawn mee - the main essence of this dish is to have a really good strong broth made with prawn shells and unfortunately as the prawns used are not deep-sea prawns but farmed ones, it could not capture the right flavours for this dish. also the noodles is overcooked thus leaving the entire dish on the dry side as it soaked up the weak tasting broth. there is no wok he i at all, in fact it is overall so bland that it should just be called fried noodles. both dishes need to be relooked into before putting out to represent something that they are not. frankly a sham ! continue reading
