聽紅館演唱會前,去尖東好時開餐🥢應該係唔少人既routine😏 2016年曾經擾攘過一輪話結束30幾年老舖,最後都係原址重開,今日再黎一探睇睇係咪桃花依舊笑春風😎黎到好時中心,一慣地頹廢,一慣地殘舊,當你見到佢條電梯扶手同商場圍欄有幾污糟😫都不禁問點解個商場仲未重建🙄上樓轉灣黎到好時,呢個鐘數唔駛等位🤨 以前係無可能,餐牌同以前都一樣🤗(價錢唔同,死蠢)位都依然分兩邊舖,加加埋埋我估60至70個位,但今晚只得5至6成滿🤨嗌咗叻沙🍜,炒菜🥦,咖哩牛🐂搭個薄餅🍕 等左唔駛5分鐘已經有嘢上枱,方太教煮餸(「整定」呀)🧐叻沙其實係大雜燴,用蝦🍤淆出黎達達既湯底仲有一大層油係面,啲湯濃到好似蛋糕液體化咁😂😂 入面啲粉絲想唔吸味都無可能👍 用料都係足,有魚丸🐟,蝦肉🦐,雞肉🐣,好似文西「拿你命3000」咁乜都有。。。不過食食下,有條黑色粗絲,抽出黎似係包裝物料😫😫😫至於咖喱牛🐃 揀料唔好,定搞得太耐,係韌架囉🙄 啲牛腩係散晒,加埋佢個咖哩啲花椒八角無清走😫😫 咬落去啲散咗牛腩絲度成日咬中呢啲奇怪味😓😓 還好,個薄餅上枱係熱,點下咖哩還可以😉至於炒菜,不過不失,同以前一樣都係帶少少鹹🙄再訪好時沙嗲,其實係同一陣味,但係心機差左好多😑😑即係蘇斯克查帶住既曼聯,同後期摩佬帶既曼聯,明明同一班球員,有心機同無心機係好大分別每人平均100蚊,唔係平,見到人流就知食客們都食得出跌watt🧐 continue reading

去紅館睇演唱會,尖沙咀附近搵間平靚正快餐,見OpenRice「好時沙嗲」好多like, 六點去到已經坐一半人,六點半九成滿,餐廳環境一般,好似好耐歷史,地板有啲滑,要小心,order半打沙爹串燒、炒貴刁、牛根通菜煲、椰汁真多冰、椰漿飯,炒貴叼甜甜地好多料,沙嗲串燒雞同豬細細條,肉好諗,燒得好香,沙嗲醬唔辣,好野味,牛筋好諗好入味,不過太辣,椰漿飯都好香椰汁味,椰汁真多冰,掂呀,可以解辣😂,晚餐$80一個人,抵呀 continue reading

沙嗲真係一樣好吸引既食物,好大既原因可能係照顧到想試辣又唔食得好辣既人,而且有花生既香味間唔中又甜甜地,真係會忍唔住一串接一串。今次介紹既餐廳都幾出名,位於尖東一個商場入面,但其實都幾隱秘,唔特登搵真係會miss左,今次叫左福建炒麵、蝦羔雜菜沙律同埋豬、牛、雞沙嗲半打。首先黎既係蝦羔雜菜沙律,呢個應該係人生中食過最特別既沙律,因為同一個沙律可以食到幾種味道,包括甜、咸、辣、脆、爽、軟、香,相信好多朋友仔都未必食過咁複雜口感既沙律🤔,因為呢個沙律除左有蝦羔同辣椒做醬,仲有大量花生碎鋪面,配料有韮菜、芽菜、四季豆.....既雜菜之餘,仲有油炸鬼同沙葛,所以一啖食曬既話,都幾特別同新鮮。之後既福建炒麵就好鐘意,用左蝦仁、魷魚、芽菜、冬菇、蛋絲同油麵炒埋一碟,佢係用濕炒既方法,所以食埋唔會好乾,真係會忍唔住一碗接一碗。最後既串燒,就會鐘意🐔>🐮>🐷,肉質方面,雞肉係最嫩,但係另外兩種都唔差,只不過雞肉真係永遠不敗,如果咁多位朋友仔食過一間沙嗲串燒係雞肉最差既,歡迎留言;到最尾當然要講下佢既沙嗲醬,話曬呢間係以沙嗲做主角,佢個沙嗲係可以一點再點,花生味好濃又帶點甜味,配埋啲肉串真係好夾,好想時時食沙嗲🤤每次都會透過以下6大方面評分(滿分:30分)味道 : 4 / 5環境 : 3.5 / 5外觀 : 3.5 / 5價錢 : 3.5 / 5服務 : 3.5 / 5 回頭率 : 4 / 5總分 : 22 / 30

I tried the Hokkien Mee.... it's not Singaporean style and it's too sweet.I also tried the satay bbq, the pork texture was not good. I really don't know why they say it's Singaporean Restaurant which there's no Singaporean Chef. the menu was Singapore food but nothing taste like Singapore food. continue reading
