星期五夜晚約左朋友喺尖東唱k,一於喺附近醫左肚先一行5人叫左6樣餸,包括海南雞、巴東牛肉、粉絲蝦煲、星洲炒蘿蔔糕、串燒沙嗲、炒芥蘭、另加2碗油飯海南雞🐔:份量幾多;肉質嫩滑冇雪味,不過雞味唔算濃;有3款醬汁可釀巴東牛肉🐮:d牛肉好入味,個汁煮得好濃又會太油,撈飯一流;望落細兜但其實夠食粉絲蝦煲🦐:呢味菜有驚喜,同平時食開乾爭爭嗰d唔同,佢係湯浸粉絲嘅形式,d粉絲索曬蝦湯嘅味道,湯頭甜甜地好有鮮味,d蝦大隻得嚟又彈牙星洲炒蘿蔔糕:好惹味,又一送飯之選;有蝦仁有蛋有蘿蔔糕,係略嫌油左少少串燒沙嗲:(冇影相) 豬牛雞食齊,個味係正嘅,不過d肉質腍得濟冇乜咬口炒芥蘭:特登叫左佢少油,清清地中和返其他餸嘅油膩感食左咁多野每位都係$108,誠意推介👍溫馨提示:個門口好隱閉有d難搵,搵到辦公大樓既lift位轉左條路直入就會見到 continue reading

星期六上課和同學們到了好時沙嗲吃午餐。先喝一口湯,是一碗很清很清附有椰菜在內的雞湯,一點味精的感覺也感覺不到。油飯一粒一粒分明的黃黃的如同小山丘般存在著,吃下去不會過分油膩,每粒都被滋養注滿營養似的。重中之重是海南雞!六件排列得整齊的海南雞件放在椰菜絲上。雞肉很滑,吃下去不肉質一點也不又霉又太軟,蘸上薑蓉風味更佳。雞皮厚厚的讓我也忍不住吃了一條。加上連椰菜絲亦沾了海南雞的油,再蘸上甜甜的醬油,味道瞬間被提升! continue reading

呢間聽就聽得多,之前話開業好多年,但有段時間結業咗一排,但我之前一直都無食過,好在佢近1-2年開番我就變咗自己嘅小飯堂,我每次嚟都鍾情佢個招牌海南雞,今次再嚟食晚餐都唔例外,都係叫咗海南雞飯,佢個雞件真係做得超嫩滑,油香不斷而肉嫩得嚟好滑好重雞味,佢個雞飯一樣出色,飯粒大大粒又夠分明,每粒飯都被雞油包圍住,特別惹味,佢會跟埋3個醬汁,最愛薑汁同辣汁、每次都會點雞同撈飯撈到無哂,仲會有湯跟上,入面有菜絲,價錢都算合理~ continue reading

中午黎到好時沙嗲食新加坡菜,一入到去就見到已經非常多人正在進餐,好熱鬧。聽同事講呢度既海南雞飯幾好食,所以都點左一客海南雞飯試下。佢係用左黃油飯同配左三小碟醬油,另外仲有碗清清地既湯。食落雞既味道同口感都唔錯,幾嫩滑唔會太乾。另外叫左個加多加多沙律、福建炒麵同幾串雞牛串燒。加多加多係我覺得最好食既其中一樣野食,佢個醬配上生菜同蝦片黎食非常獨特又滋味。另外碟福建炒麵都比想像中好食,有一陣濃郁既海鮮味道。 continue reading
