🎀熊妹去尖咀做面面扮靚靚,難得出到嚟就梗係順便食埋個晚飯啦。📌茶記、西餐食得太多,今次樹熊同熊妹嚟到《好時沙嗲》試吓另類啲嘅東南亞新加坡菜。📌位於尖沙咀好時中心,招牌菜主打沙嗲串燒,所以叫《好時沙嗲》個名一啲都唔難估丫!📌店舖環境唔算太大,根據政府嘅限聚令,主要間隔為四人枱。📌餐牌設計得都頗有心思💕,簡單易明,圖文並茂,特別係顏色上面嘅配搭令人望落感覺好舒服。📌食物分類有湯🍵、牛肉🐮、雞🐥、麵🍜同海鮮🦀。📌另一邊有沙嗲🍢、蔬菜🥦、飯🍚同飲品🍹。海南雞飯,$55📌樹熊不嬲都喜愛海南雞飯,當然要試吓啦。海南雞份量都唔少,有一大碟雞胸位,下邊就有生菜絲🥬承托住。雞肉有啲位嫩滑,有啲位實啲鞋口啲,味道唔係好出,都係要靠三款典型醬汁:酸辣醬、醬油同薑蔥調味。海南雞飯另外嘅經典就係碗雞油飯🍚,最緊要夠熱,撈上雞油,非常可口美味。仲有跟上一碗椰菜清湯,味道淡淡的,可以中和下雞油嘅油膩。星洲炒蘿蔔糕,$61樹熊鍾意食蘿蔔糕,又鍾意食星洲炒米,呢碟星洲炒蘿蔔糕仲唔係非佢莫屬?星洲炒蘿蔔糕味道偏甜,唔係平時食星洲炒米嘅咖喱辣味,不過同樣地有星洲炒米配料嘅蛋絲🥚、肉碎🐷同埋蝦🦐。一嚿嚿蘿蔔糕就係一嚿嚿粉團,完全食唔到任何蘿蔔絲或者蘿蔔粒或者蘿蔔味,可能期望得太多會有點失望。叻沙,$51📌樹熊主菜叫咗碟飯,咁熊妹就叫多碗麵啦。麵食就當然唔少得新加坡主菜叻沙喇。叻沙即係椰汁咖喱米粉,椰汁咖喱湯底非常濃郁同惹味,熊妹雖然知道飲湯底即係等於飲油,但是一次半次,唔怕啦。配料有魚蛋,豆腐卜同芽菜,少咗一般叻沙應有嘅蝦、魚片同半隻蛋。魚蛋幾彈牙,芽菜同豆腐卜索哂咖喱湯汁,真係值得一試嘅喇沙湯味。沙嗲,$51星馬菜,熊妹最鍾意就係食沙嗲串燒,因為串串烤肉,撈上沙嗲醬汁,真係好惹味。份量有半打,雞、牛、豬各兩串。烤肉燒得香香的,本身烤肉時已經搽上沙嗲醬汁好夠味,仲跟上一碟另一款甜甜的粒粒花生沙嗲醬,熊妹就沒有多點了,始終原汁原味係最好味。📌有飯,有麵,有小食,四樣食物埋單$270,話貴唔貴,不過味道平平,都係食返茶記好過啦。🥴 continue reading

故名思意,係開係好時中心入面既平價高質新加坡菜🤪一行入商場好似穿越左去舊陣時嘅香港,好唔真實。✨海南雞飯($55)呢個係必食💁🏻‍♀️份量好多,無骨海南雞肉質鮮嫩,雞皮脂肪不多。辣椒醬🌶️、甜豉油、姜蓉三款醬汁點雞撈飯一流🤟🏻油飯有淡淡油香,食曬成碗都唔覺膩😇✨叻沙($51)椰汁咖喱湯底微辣濃厚,唔似一般稀到好似水咁,米粉吸曬啲湯既精華。但配料方面就較少,只有幾粒小蝦仁、豆腐卜同魚蛋。✨雞、牛、豬沙嗲串燒半打($51)覺得雞最好食,牛有啲硬同韌,豬有啲鞋。不過要讚一讚個沙嗲汁,濃郁之餘仲有粒粒花生🥜點完串燒,用埋黎撈飯😹餐廳環景同一般茶餐廳無異,好適合一大班人Reu敘舊,可以叫多啲野食之餘,傾計唔洗就住就住先正。 continue reading

This restaurant has been repeatedly recommended by my SEA friends and finally it was my turn to go. The chicken rice had a nice colour that raised my expectations and although it wasn’t exactly like the chicken rice you get in Singapore or Malaysia, it is pretty darn close in Hong Kong.😂😜 continue reading

好時中心依個商唔場睇落殘舊,已經唔多餐廳係果到開舖頭,但估唔到竟然有一間好食嘅餐廳係果到,不過佢係商場嘅位置幾難搵,可能唔熟商場。餐廳最出名係海南雞飯,所以就點左依個餐,佢好快就上菜。從外觀就已經好吸引,雞嘅份量都幾多,食落都冇令人失望,雞好滑同新鮮,油飯都幾好味,好重雞味,不過湯有少少鹹,但都可以接受。 continue reading

行開尖東,同朋友去咗呢間專食沙嗲同越泰菜嘅餐廳。見到個餐牌上面起碼有七成嘅食物係辣嘅,唯有嗌個海南雞飯,出奇地平起出面專賣海南雞飯嘅專門店更好食,肉質鮮嫩,好滑又唔鞋,仲有得配醬油,辣醬同薑蓉,而佢個薑蓉係青綠色唔係平時見到嘅黃綠色😂😂之後試咗一啖朋友嘅叻沙米線叻沙味重 但唔係特別辣 唔食得辣嘅我都放到入口。除此之外我哋仲嗌咗半打串燒(雞牛豬各二串)仲嗌咗兩杯珍多冰(重椰汁味,好飲,解渴一流)仲要埋單都唔過二百,算抵食! continue reading
