女兒放假,話帶我去九龍城打咭和食新fusion餐。大和堂咖啡室是由有80年歷史的「大和堂蔘茸藥行」舊建築活化而成,店內裝修非常懷舊,保留了昔日藥行古色古香的百子櫃、牌匾、鐵閘等。食物主打中西合壁菜式,除了有常見的意粉、咖啡之外, 還有多款獨特創新的菜式。雞蛋仔與雞配西檸汁:以港式雞蛋仔配炸雞,炸雞外層酥脆,肉質嫩滑,淋上西檸汁,食落味道酸酸地,唔覺得有油膩。雞蛋仔好有蛋香味,值得一試嘅fusion 雞蛋仔。蕃茄薯仔魚湯汁花甲意粉:花甲鮮甜,意粉吸收咗魚湯汁好鮮味又彈牙,加埋脆脆嘅薯粒和車厘茄,多種口感又美味。山政小山園槙之白抹茶鮮奶:口感微澀,抹茶香十足,色澤鮮明,加入濃郁的鮮奶後,抹茶層次的茶香融入了鮮奶,口感順滑。Coffee latte :牛奶中和了濃縮咖啡的濃苦味,讓整杯拿鐵咖啡呈現出柔和,牛奶與咖啡味平衡,突出咖啡的香濃與牛奶的乳糖甜。奶醬多:多士有蛋香味,加上自家製花生醬雪糕、煉奶、花生果仁脆脆,無論口感和味道都一流!
