歴史悠久嘅一間藥舖,經保育後變成一間咖啡店。店內裡裝潢設計保持舊有嘅藥櫃,招牌,還有舊照片……懷舊氣氛一流,絕對係打卡嘅好去處。大和堂拿鐵咖啡加入了百花蜜和伯嚼茶。第一口感覺茶味好顯著,再品嚐一下,那種溫和嘅甜慢慢滲出來了。但又不失咖啡嘅甘苦味,充滿複雜口感。希臘乳酪碗,追加牛油果簡簡單單嘅乳酪碗,有多種新鮮水果配合,感覺清新,一天嘅開始。加應子曲奇有粒粒加應子肉,不過味道不夠特出。整塊曲奇甜度適中。 continue reading

☕️九龍城百子櫃打卡Cafe☕️-呢間由著名九龍城地標中醫館大和堂改建成嘅咖啡店成日都好有人氣 周末勁多人排隊😗 所以難得平日放假 就去食吓佢😜-🐣雞蛋仔與雞 炸雞配waffle可能大家有食過 不過轉咗香港味嘅雞蛋仔加炸雞就好少見👀 佢嘅雞蛋仔係伯爵茶口味 茶味都幾出 唔會好甜🤓 炸雞係外層裏好大塊脆脆嘅炸粉 食落卜卜脆 每件都有充足嘅汁包住😗 最有特色係佢用咗葱味好濃郁嘅葱油汁 好有中西合璧feel😂 不過大家記住要趁熱快啲食 因為我地掛住影相所以個雞蛋仔遇上醬汁所以開始淋咗😂-🥪口水雞三文治 唔想食pasta所以㨂咗呢個light少少嘅sandwich😝 麵包有先烘過 乾乾脆脆 唔怕吸收醬汁後變淋😎 本身以為係涼拌嘅口水雞做饀 不過原來佢係用炸雞再加上口水雞嘅川辣醬汁😂 炸雞一樣係走大塊脆脆炸粉流派 不過因為個包都係乾脆路線 成份食哂會有啲渴口 醬汁可以落多啲😉-🌹玫瑰鮮奶打卡靚靚嘅玫瑰鮮奶 望到佢係用日本明治牛奶 夠晒滑😎 加上玫瑰同些少蜂蜜 有花香亦唔會太甜😘-☕️大和堂拿鐵咖啡呢杯係佢地嘅signature latte 係以鮮奶拿鐵作為基底 加上蜂蜜同伯爵茶茶粉😗 奶泡綿滑 飲落有啖啖嘅earl grey餘韻 同蜂蜜味🐝 層次滿滿-📍大和堂咖啡店 (九龍城)九龍城衙前塱道24號地舖 continue reading

1920年大和堂蔘茸藥行,捱過日本侵華時代,見證住九七回歸,至2017年正式結業。2018年舊鋪活化,百子櫃、鐵閘、長木椅、金漆牌匾仍然保留。先唔評論食物同咖啡,只係以上歷史同事物已經足夠我去一探究竟👍🏻平日下午去已經人山人海,根本坐無虛席,一路食一路都有人入嚟。如果要評論埋食物同咖啡,令我更加欣賞👍🏻座位數量適中,坐得舒服,唔狹窄。好欣賞佢將以前牌匾仍然保留之餘,仲加入咗啲新嘅元素,兩者毫無違和感。Barista位置後面成大個百子櫃,將作狀嘅手沖咖啡推到極致🤣(真心好少寫食評係寫到呢度都仲講緊環境以非食物🤣)本人係手沖咖啡愛好者,與專業一詞毫無關係,但仍然好喜歡同Barista吹水學野。$80/Hand drip,(唔好意思忘記咗邊隻豆)飲到有層次,flavour of almond and plum!很可以!店員仲介紹埋另外兩款豆俾我,諗住下次再番去encore㗎啦❤️傳統英式早餐 $108好食就係天經地義🤣如果All day都唔好食,呢間cafe…都可以保留嘅,因為coffee好飲🤣大和堂聯乘李輝記漢堡包 $168反而想讚嘅係呢個漢堡包,李輝記係九龍城好出名賣凍肉嘅舖頭,每逢過時過節打邊爐就會排長龍🤣喂估唔到平時打邊爐嘅牛肉整成嘅漢堡包,係咁好食😋同埋上面塊煎蛋,個蛋黃流心到好似假咁,靚到一個極點。大和堂曲奇 $48/塊係唔平㗎啦,但係佢竟然有嘉應子味道嘅曲奇,喜歡試新嘢但又怕伏嘅我,只係嗌左朱古力曲奇🤣正常發揮嘅好食。唔知醜嘅我問店員R左半塊嘉應子曲奇試🤣(其實仲想試臘腸雪糕Pancake and 鴨肝菠蘿油,呢啲新奇野🤣無奈胃太細,都係留返下次先)味道偏甜,唔伏嘅,但未必係我口味。下次想試埋ginger and nuts 🍪 好少真係打咁大篇嘢,但係呢間Cafe係值得,的確會再encore👍🏻推介大家試試佢❤️ continue reading

唔好再懷緬啦,就算佢搵返我今次真係忍無可忍㗎啦冇事冇干嘅時候,我哋禮拜日會一齊食早餐佢先返工。多數以Cafe為主啦,因為難得weekend梗係食好啲啦。多數我哋會嗌一份Yogurt bowl 另外一份正常將每人嗌杯咖啡今次都唔例外,另外嗰份我哋要咗牛油果蕃茄蛋sourdough! 呢度嘅Yogurt Bowl 用咗橙嚟做其中一樣水果,有啲特別,出面多數都係Blueberry啊,士多啤梨🍓等等 Sourdough 都唔算好硬淨,用刀切都切得開,唯獨係個蛋佢係用咗烚蛋切片中以為諗住下次嚟試吓炒蛋添,而家應該冇機會有下次。(i mean同佢一齊。)算啦算啦拖拖拉拉都10幾年啦,都係時候要沽貨啦,真係唔夠佢玩要放棄 continue reading
