To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 友人剛從北京回港, 他說北京的涮涮羊肉火鍋讓他念念不忘從openrice得知東來順在香港有分店,而且還有75折coupon, 即時book了位置準備大涮一番由於友人說北京的涮涮鍋是用炭火溫熱的,而且很地道(簡單來說是地痞)來到了帝苑酒店, 心裡卻有著不踏實的感覺果然, 來到的涮涮鍋是用電爐操作的, 這根本與其他打邊爐的地方壓根兒是一樣我們叫了全牛鍋再加花姿丸及羊肉全牛套餐的確有很多配料, 但有些牛肉放久了開始變得不新鮮...羊肉很"so".而友人堅稱一絕的麻醬也是...不過不失總括而言, 我們只有一種在酒店內打邊爐的感覺以這樣的價錢打邊爐,倒不如去譚魚頭......
