三月下旬‧晴行熙去吃燒鵝,但經過這裡的燒臘櫃窗,感覺上叉燒是不錯的,就斬半斤來試試。叉燒的上去乾身,但吃進口又不覺韌。有蜜味又不過甜,咬多幾口也滲出肉味,不錯。35元半斤,有一條多一點的叉燒,算是經濟拭食。去吃出爐燒鵝也。
