To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 上個月同朋友做壽後, 尋日冇咩做, 閒閒地, 同老婆 & 外父外母入黎食下海鮮啦. 既然上次既經驗 ok, 一於照版 copy. 今次我地 5 點半開波... 4 個人又叫左 5 樣野, 全海鮮...1. 吉列鮮魷 (80 蚊一碟), 同普通炸魷魚唔同, 但唔知點樣 "吉列", 因為同豬扒既吉列係唔同既. 個人感覺只係脆漿較稀較薄而已, 未算好特別, 但可以收貨2. 薑蔥肉蟹 ( 2 隻 @ 168蚊一隻), 同上次一樣, 蟹既肉質好甜美 ^^ 3. 豉椒蟶子 (半斤 @ 8 蚊一兩), 經上次既教訓, 落單時直頭叫佢走鹽. 結果... good !! 好食, 汁到撈埋4. 清蒸鮑魚 ( 4 隻 @ 30 蚊一隻), 好彈牙, 但冇咁鮮味 wor....但都比酒樓好好多5. 椒鹽瀨尿蝦 ( 4 隻 @ 12 蚊一兩)... 今次唔知點解斬開左 2 段黎炸. 冇錯, 係會快熟 d.. 但 d 肉質就好似因為咁樣而差左啦總括黎講都仲算好食 ok. 但睇食評見到同一地點有幾間的食物水準都差唔多, 下次應該會試下新野啦 !!
