To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 早餐C: 旺記烘麥包三文治四重奏 $36 + 凍絲襪奶茶一直聽老婆講呢間早餐好好好好食!於是,老婆買左外賣番黎給我,嘻嘻。 不得不説,真係好足料的三文治,咸牛肉鷄蛋,肉眼可見都好厚! 一淡咬落去真係不得了!好滿足! 不過,個外賣得上面果個麵包烘左底既?下面果快諗到咩甘!係米師傅不記得呀~哎! 實在係美中不足~ 明明老婆話係十分滿分有十分噶嘛~ 我今次將花生醬轉左做kaya, 比花生醬清少少,不過我下次都係搭配番花生醬,惹味點。凍絲襪奶茶一樣係好滑~ 小店老師傅質素先係香港人情懷既~
