To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 裝修不錯,可觀覽維港景色,相信會吸引不少旅客光臨。朋友介紹下品嚐抵食套餐, 價錢相宜$980。二前菜，紹興酒糟醉雞+茉莉花茶煙素鵝,醉雞入味肉質嫩滑。素鵝煎得很香脆。松子黃花魚=>很多香脆嘅松子,魚生炸得好香脆,酸甜適中好醒胃。北京填鴨=>鴨片外皮香脆,鴨肉好嫩,d 油香配上一籠香軟麵皮夾著一齊食,油脂分佈剛好不肥膩配上醬汁超正。金蘭香芒蝦球=>甜香嘅香芒配彈牙蝦球味道一絕。灌湯小籠包=>充滿著湯汁,爆汁般小籠包很美味。奶油扒津白=> 香滑津白鮮甜。總括想享受一頓美味北京風味特色小菜的不二之選。
