To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 係觀塘放工見到，一間門面幾靚嘅新派點心店，所以就想試吓有咩新奇嘅點心😍嚟到咁啱係出咗個燒賣狂想曲系列而且係限時發售，每款燒賣都好創新，用左唔同中國美食嚟整嘅燒賣🤩同時呢度好闊落，好啱Lunch同同事或朋友係呢飲茶傾計👍🏻.味道：🌕🌕🌕🌕🌑人均消費：$100～150.尋龍記燒賣拼盤 $68有6款唔同嘅創新燒賣，每款都幾特別，好似食緊唔同中菜咁😋有金蠔髮菜燒賣、油雞樅菌黑毛豬燒賣、黃椒醬龍利魚燒賣、香辣雞軟骨燒賣、十年陳皮牛肉燒賣、滷水鵪鶉蛋燒賣。當中滷水鵪鶉蛋滷得幾入味同帶陣椒麻味係唔錯😋同埋金蠔髮菜幾帶趣，金蠔煮得好香🥰香辣雞軟骨都有驚喜，食落辣辣地幾惹味同雞軟骨幾爽脆😍鰻魚荷葉飯 $82鰻魚就正正常常，而且荷葉飯入面都好豐富，有蝦乾、雞肉、蛋黃🤤似食緊糯米雞咁但唔係用糯米煮👍🏻而且啲飯有汁都唔太淋，整體軟硬適中☺️翡翠響鈴腸粉 $48食落紫菜好香，響鈴都好脆口🤤整體食落似炸兩但會冇咁油膩同更加脆口啲🥰筍尖蝦餃皇 $40蝦餃皮偏薄，蝦肉新鮮好彈牙😍加咗啲竹筍令到食落幾彈牙，會有層次感😋龍芋酥 $42估唔到食落係好香鴨胸味，同埋芋頭都好香同好淋，如果再多啲芋頭就更加正🥰同埋外皮夠脆，整體食
