Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

係灣仔上完成日堂後，來到銅鑼灣呢間小曼谷。門口有特色古老火車頭，入面有火車小擺設打咭位，座位闊落舒服。夜晚仲不時有live band表演，不斷播放泰國歌曲，增添情調﹗地道燒臘腸$28:真係冇食過燒臘腸，估唔到幾好食，臘腸本身帶點酒香，惹味有咬口﹗青咖哩豬頸肉 $98:用小火爐坐熱住，青咖喱由椰奶、香茅、羅勒、魚露、青檸、綠辣椒等香料調製而成，飲落香濃中帶點椰香甜，唔會好辣。入面有好多豬頸肉，厚薄切得剛好，肉質爽口彈牙﹗入面仲有青紅椒同豆角條，仲有泰國茄子，自己第一次食泰國茄子， 細細一粒，食落爽中帶腍﹗泰式原味烤酥餅$45（2塊）:熱辣香酥脆，配合青咖哩食果然一流~牛油蒜蓉燒大蜆$122 :表面有不少白飯魚同蒜蓉，大蜆新鮮大粒，點少許酸辣汁仲開胃呀﹗榴槤冰條$38:雪條雪到好冰，含係口中慢慢溶化，食到絲絲榴槤肉~熱龍眼茶$30 好多龍眼肉，清潤養身﹗
