To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

銅鑼灣,落大雨,轉入Tower 535地庫避雨兼食飯。一落地庫轉左即見到架火車頭,便是小曼谷了。餐廳內有些卡位裝飾成車廂,非常有情調。餐牌選擇甚多,其中「小曼谷孖寶推介」最抵食。孖寶A+B $298。性價比甚高。每項都是6選1,海鮮、豬手、海南雞……樣樣都想食。最後我們選了這兒最出名的炸豬手和我最愛的白鱔,加一個午市炒粉麵。落單後隨即送上兩碗冬陰雜菜湯,辣辣地好好飲,讓你胃口大開。泰脆炸豬手原隻豬手炸脆切件上碟,非常吸引。豬手外皮炸得脆卜卜,十分香口,肉質保持爽彈不乾,帶微微鹹香,配以泰式甜酸醬、醃青瓜和椰菜絲,份量足又美味。燒脆皮白鱔兩大件厚厚的白鱔,一咬入口,肥美肉嫩,鮮味甘香。白鱔只用鹽薄醃,可以吃到白鱔本身的魚香味,也可以蘸配附的酸辣汁。我非常愛食白鱔,這串好滿足。香葉辣椒炒河粉($68)+ 泰式龍眼冰($0)這個午市套餐屬乾炒類,河粉炒得爽彈不黏,配料有蝦、魷魚和秀珍菇,每啖都有香葉清新味道和少許辛辣,都幾惹味。 continue reading
