今日收工同住係荃灣嘅同事一齊食飯,發現呢間有style既冰室。一入到去見到樓下冰室招牌,再望一望餐廳嘅裝潢,真係幾乎合主題。四圍都有好多舊式海報同擺設,而且餐廳樓底夠高,所以上半部分都裝修左啲欄杆同假窗,一坐低就真係有置身樓下冰室既感覺。同事叫左一份招牌嘅番茄濃湯通粉配肥牛,一黎到就已經聞到好香嘅番茄湯味,我都忍唔住試左一啖,番茄味非常濃郁,而且仲有好多番茄蓉係湯入面,好有口感!番茄甜得黎亦都有少少酸味,好開胃,於是我再試埋通粉同蛋,蛋煮得好嫩,唔會好老,而且好有蛋味,完全冇偷工減料!通粉煮嘅時間啱啱好,唔會過稔,保持返通粉彈牙口感,加埋個湯配合得天衣無縫,真係冇得輸!我自己就叫左個瑞士雞脾配蒜蓉牛油脆豬仔包同粟米雜果沙律。首先,隻雞脾份量十足,好有肉地。雖然隻雞脾咁大隻,但係依然好入味,瑞士汁滲透曬成隻雞脾,每一啖都食到瑞士汁嘅香濃同甜味!而且一咬開隻雞脾,入面仲好有肉汁,食到瑞士汁之餘又食到雞肉嘅肉味,肉質都好幼嫩,唔會煮到老曬!沙律同蒜蓉豬仔包都好足料,沙律入面有好多新鮮生果仲有椰果,誠意十足;至於豬仔包嘅蒜蓉都好厚,食落有好香嘅蒜味,豬仔包外皮脆得黎唔硬,包身仲好鬆軟,非常滋味
