To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 早排試左呢間拎過米芝蓮一星嘅酒樓,雖然假日無$38優惠,但都一早爆滿,即日book要到下午茶時間先有位。由於係酒店餐廳,裝修都幾有氣派,枱與枱之間夠晒寬闊,坐得好舒服,茶壺座內有蠟燭keep住加熱,呢點抵讚。 🍽明爐蜜汁叉燒好多人推薦呢度嘅叉燒,價錢唔平但份量幾多,舊舊厚切,半肥瘦,邊位燒到焦脆,肉質鬆化,果然名不虛傳,不過有幾舊都幾多筋。🍽春風得意脆皮腸粉腸粉皮晶瑩透薄,夾起時唔會出現甩皮甩骨嘅情況,春卷擺左一陣仲脆,包住爽口大蝦,好食。 🍽XO醬炒蘿蔔糕整法同椒鹽豆腐有d似,蘿蔔糕細細粒好易入口,略嫌XO醬唔夠味。 🍽帶子蒸燒賣豬肉燒賣加埋帶子啖啖肉,用料新鮮。 🍽鮑汁鮮竹卷個醬汁太杰,餡料偏少,呢個麻麻地。🍽黃耳上素粉果薄薄嘅外皮包住黃耳、香菇同沙葛粒,清甜爽口。🍽蜂巢海鮮芋角整芋角好考功夫,而家唔係間間酒樓都做。呢度嘅蜂巢外層炸得酥脆,芋泥餡滿滿,而且質地幼滑,唔錯。🍽蝦醬牛崧炒飯(唔記得影添)雖然蝦醬味唔太明顯,但個飯底真係做到粒粒分明,連腌尖嘅阿爸都讚不絕口。

🍽明爐蜜汁叉燒
好多人推薦呢度嘅叉燒,價錢唔平但份量幾多,舊舊厚切,半肥瘦,邊位燒到焦脆,肉質鬆化,果然名不虛傳,不過有幾舊都幾多筋。
