Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 以往我的家人經常前往灣仔鷹君中心的「逸東軒」飲茶,因為「逸東軒」是一家出色的中菜館,而且是我長嫂的至愛。不過自從灣仔「逸東軒」遷出鷹君中心之後,即使仍有一家「逸東軒」在逸東酒店之內,但家人就沒有再前往「逸東軒」了;原因是居住在香港區的家人很少前往九龍區的食肆,長嫂已在灣仔區另覓其他酒樓食肆了。雖然我並非居住在香港區,老實說逸東酒店所處位置本人很少前往,酒店雖然是設在市中心,但除了酒店對面有一家永安百貨之外,周邊並沒有大型商場或購物地點,吸引力不大,除非特意前往該處用餐。我感覺香港逸東酒店是一間比較特別的酒店,是年青人較為喜歡的酒店之一,比一般傳統四星酒店較casual,但境藏有一間多年獲得米芝蓮一星的高品質烹飪食肆「逸東軒」✌️。終於在今年的五月和朋友到了「逸東軒」飲茶,因為這位朋於短時間內決定移民到英國😢,所以必定要在她離港前和她相聚一下,而「逸東軒」是她的選擇。 接着六月份又相約了一位中學同學敘舊,她碰巧當天在佐敦附近辦事所以我相約她再次來臨「逸東軒」飲茶🫖。「逸東軒」推出了午市$38 起($38至$85)堂食點心優惠👍,分三個時段(11:00am/12:45pm/2:30pm),用餐時間為90分鐘,優惠點心不能享有其他折扣,朗廷卓悅會會員可享有主餐牌5%折扣。 我點的甜品杏仁茶就是在主餐牌內的,所以扣減了$8.3。因為中菜廳位於地庫二層,而且中菜廳門外位置並不太寬敞,所以大部份的客人都會在酒店的lobby等待,差不多時間才通過lobby旁的玻璃門,乘搭升降機到中菜廳入座。裝修過的「逸東軒」燈光較為柔和雅致,天花上的木條裝飾、木條黃色玻璃門及白底藍花瓷器餐具,都散發着老上海酒館的氛圍,只嫌餐廳內的樓底未夠高,以致令客人感覺不夠開陽。今天和舊同學敘舊,吃了以下的點心:~ 茶芥($28/位)茶芥價錢已包括茗茶、豆瓣醬和一碟小食前菜。 茶壺下面亦有蠟燭保持溫度。~ 蜂巢芋角($38)很乾身,入口沒有油膩感,而且用料充足。我記得老公講過,他認為如果酒樓的芋角做得出色, 那麼其他的點心 也應該會做得很好,因為芋角要做得好並不容易;最記得他 第一次在「嘉麟樓」吃芋角時就已經讚口不絕。~ 筍尖鮮蝦餃($48)用蝦膠和蝦肉填滿了整個餃, 味道和口感正正常常。~ 瑤柱菜苗餃($48)瑤柱豆苗係一個小菜,現在變成為一個菜餃,感覺健康。菜餃內有很多菜苗,入口有菜汁感覺Juicy,幾唔錯 。~ 酥皮叉燒焗餐包($48)我喜歡吃叉燒包,這個叉燒包的餡料豐富,而且有很多醬汁,我很喜歡。~芫荽蔥花帶子粒腸粉($68)腸粉皮薄,帶子粒很有鮮味, 加埋調校過嘅豉油,好吃。但我忘記拍照。~ 鮮蝦栗子百合餃($58)我看見這個名字很特別,所以大膽嘗試。第一次吃栗子餃,可惜不覺得有什麼特別,栗子變成碎粒與蝦混在一起味道不是太突出,個人感覺栗子還是大大粒,配肉類比較好吃。~ 蛋白杏仁茶湯丸($55/位)這個甜品可以護膚,如果蛋白可以再多一些就更好,湯圓內的黑芝麻餡料很香滑, 整體合格。五月歡送朋友時,吃了以下的點心:~ XO醬煎腸粉($68) 腸粉雖然煎過,但卻不覺得油膩,而口感亦很軟,不會煎過火。~ 脆皮金粟墨魚餅($58)這個墨魚餅,我覺得做得非常好, 整個墨魚餅很結實,入口夠彈牙,有驚喜。~ 蘿蔔絲酥餅($48)咬開熱辣辣,內裏的蘿蔔絲Juicy,相當唔錯。~ 茶樹珍菌腐皮卷($58) 我自己個人對腐皮卷一般般,因為感覺腐皮卷很油膩,但這裏做的卻出乎好吃,皮脆,裏面的茶樹珍菌口感軟軟的, 外脆內軟很配襯。~ 帶子燒賣($48)~ 瑤柱菜苗餃($48)~ 筍尖鮮蝦餃($38)*~ 紅豆椰汁糕($38)*不過有一些奇怪的地方,就是五月份吃的蝦餃是$38,但是六月份就變成$48?這都是我寫食評時才無意中發現的。因五月份的時候我已把餐牌拍照,所以六月份吃的時候就沒有再次拍照了。 理應電腦應該是很少出錯,未知是否蝦餃在六月份價錢整到$48?現在發現原來餐牌的點心是有少許分別的,例如鮮蝦栗子百合餃五月份的餐牌是沒有的。總的來說,「逸東軒」的點心質量頗高,特別是炸物,完全不覺油膩,吃完沒有太大的罪惡感,午市特價點心價錢親民, CP值高!比較起同樣以老上海風格裝修的半島酒店內的「嘉麟樓」,兩間中菜「嘉麟樓」及「逸東軒」都同樣獲得2017-24米芝蓮一星餐廳殊榮🌟! 但「嘉麟樓」的消費比在「逸東軒」的消費最少貴一倍以上,即是在「逸東軒」只需付「嘉麟樓」不到一半價錢就可以享受到同等米芝蓮一星的質量,「逸東軒」的CP值頗高😍。不過,「嘉麟樓」除裝潢高貴舒適外,最貼心的是所有點心可按人頭計算,若只有二人不用吃重複點心,人多也不用擔心點心不夠每人一件。當然五星級酒店的「嘉麟樓」所收取的價錢要比「逸東軒」的貴了一大截,但是偶爾享受一下也無妨喔。若持有美國運通半島金卡的客人更可享有全單15%折扣呢!「嘉麟樓」是歷史悠久五星級酒店內的中菜廳,而且佔地面積大,裝潢陳設亦很講究,而「逸東軒」只是四星級酒店,地點和裝潢也比「嘉麟樓」遜色,給比下去也是無可厚非。 兩者的食物質素也相當符合米芝蓮一星的要求,服務質素同樣相當唔錯,餐廳侍應都會主動幫忙斟茶和加熱水等。我和舊同學選擇了不同的茶葉品種,餐廳侍應很細心,幫我們把兩壺茶都放上下面有蠟燭的架上,讓兩壺茶都能保持到熱度,值得讚賞👍。兩間中菜我都覺得非常好,適合不同人的需要。建議到逸東軒飲茶,最Perfect是四人同行,如果只有兩人,每樣點心也要吃兩件,未能試多一些其他款式,未免有些可惜;因此逸東軒出名的叉燒我也沒有試過呢!大家有興趣也不妨分別到兩間中菜試試👍👍。 continue reading

逸東酒店裡面嘅逸東軒🌟畢竟打住連續幾年米其林一星旗號 本來比較期待逸東的出品。試過之後總體嚟講比較失望:比較推薦:腸粉、芋角和春卷Ok:金絲木瓜酥平平無奇:燒賣和叉燒包蝦餃就令人非常失望,材料新鮮但味道和工藝一般。服務都幾乎係無 (唯一係服務員會光速將吉嘅碟收起。值得稱贊嘅係環境不錯 干淨舒服,空間感足。💰午市食點心人均$150-$200 ok,叫小菜的話就貴好多。總體嚟講唔推薦,之前食過嘅阿一鮑魚海景飯店 菜品精致好多,食起來比較滿足。 continue reading

冲着米一来的,失望!服务差!不专业!点心的味道就一般,跟其他餐厅没有什么区别,只能说用餐环境好一点。吃到中间服务员大声质问要不要加菜,把我们都吓到了。我们回答已经对加一个糯米鸡还没上。然后上了一个我们没有点的菜,我连续两次,每次连叫两声站在1.5m远的一位站在柜台的服务员,他持续装聋作哑不理会。知道我站起来走过去跟他说多上了一个我们没点的菜,他还让我重复说了一遍。然后我坐下之后他立刻走过来飞快地拿走了那盘菜。手速快到真的让我觉得无礼!无语! continue reading

我和朋友最近嚟這裏食晏,人均消費$500,食物水準勉強符合這價錢,限時1個半鐘,因唔係好滿,我諗住真係個半鐘後才叫埋單,點知只過了1小時10分鐘,經理就放張單落我哋枱面,而當時餐廳還有很多吉枱。另外我在一天前申請了洒店的餐飲咭埋單以便拿少許折扣,埋單時也順便問經理有冇信用咭有折扣,但經理說用了洒店餐飲咭就冇其他折扣,態度非常不肖。雖然食物水準算合格,但經理的服務態度完全不達標,令到整體感覺非常差,原全吾明白粒米芝蓮係點拿。 continue reading
