To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 鑽石山荷李活廣場係我兒時回憶,記得中學時候,每當放學總會喜歡和朋友結伴一齊去荷李活廣場食飯同購物,好多餐廳都不停在變換。 行完街見有d餓,心血來潮突然想食海南雞飯,於是鎖定左一間Bugis 喇沙餐廳。 晚市見到都有set 餐選擇,簡左個麻辣海南雞飯套餐,有小食+ 野飲,價錢都算正常範圍內。佢個菜單裡面有好多唔同搭配,我簡左串燒小食(雞肉兩串)+ 麻辣口水雞+ 黑糖豆漿。 口水雞個麻辣汁係另外分開上的,變左多左個彈性比客,可以隨意決定辣份量係幾多,另外個辣汁真係好好味,唔算好辣但好入味,岩曬鍾意食辣的我。至於d雞都好滑又唔會見到血水,黃油飯都唔會太油膩,整體比我感覺都係好好。 當然最驚喜當然係佢個黑糖珍珠豆漿,無諗過黑糖珍珠同豆漿一齊可以咁夾,珍珠係好霖果d,如果鍾意食好煙嗯珍珠朋友未必會適合,至於黑糖又唔會好甜,成杯野攪均後飲,味道岩岩好,我覺得我下次再去e間餐廳,應該都係為左飲佢杯黑糖珍珠豆漿
