星期日,同屋企人去西環朋友度,順道再試潮州人。我試豬什河(有肺、心、膶、脷和粉腸)。好正,各種配料煮嘅時間啱啱好,河粉又夠滑,最正係個有胡椒味嘅湯底,不過胡椒味多啲重正(個人喜好)。我老婆就試蝴蝶腩(豬)拼豬心麵。我抽水試咗舊蝴蝶腩,幾好味,軟硬啱啱好。總括嚟講,各種食物都好有水準。值得再試。差啲唔記得佢地仲有冬菜比客自己加。幾好!
