A highly recommended noodle restaurant with good value. $40 for two choices of the menu, with or without noodles. Of course they serve bigger portion of meat if it's without noodles. Beef was tenderized with baking soda, soft but did not lose its texture. Beef tendons were very flavorful and melted in my mouth.Also tried their signature butterfly belly. Very tender like pork cooked in double-stewed soup. This part is a combination of meat and tendons so the texture is soft and like jelly. Delicious.Seems like it's a family-run restaurant judging by the service and passionate attitude of the people who work there. continue reading

係朝早8:00 可以食到粉麵,其實冇幾間,呢間潮州人粉麵店,每朝早都人山人海。送完小朋友返學,久不久都會黎食碗粉。黎親都係叫蝴蝶腩同黃喉。當個粉一嚟到,第一件事就係梗加冬菜 ,個陣親切既潮州味即時出哂黎😁如果鍾意鹹啲可以加佢個魚露,聽講呢度個辣椒油上過雜誌,鍾意食辣既客人都會用個碟仔裝住佢慢慢點。湯底係用牛骨煲,朝早飲一啖湯,成個人舒服哂。蝴蝶腩好軟熟,軟熟得來肉味濃郁,點辣椒油食好惹味。豬黃喉出面好少粉麵檔有得食,好鍾意佢爽脆既口感。同場加影- 鮮牛油多士面包薄薄地更脆口, 重點係佢塊牛油重厚過塊包!! 超邪惡但係超正😂 continue reading
