To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

繼在大坑吃過著名奶茶及豬扒麵，在下繼續上路，從大坑走出天后。兩者距離，只是幾分鐘腳程，實在方便得很。來到天后，首先造訪的是華姐清湯腩。華姐實在就腳，走出大坑到達天后地鐵站後，舉頭一望便是華姐所在地，真的可以省了不少腳骨力。安頓後便叫了一客清湯腩米粉，在下貪米粉沒河粉的肥。牛腩米上桌後，在下先行喝一口湯，暗暗嘩了一聲後，清湯確是清甜無比，沒道理人造化學及味精，簡直要完全把湯喝個清乾。牛腩很稔沒有渣，而且味道不錯，很有勁嚼。在下素聞九記，群記頗具有名。早前在下於九記亦嚐過牛腩，與華姐相比，各有千秋。
