To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好耐之前已經想試添好運,不過旺角店實在太多人,想待人潮稍退之後,試一試深水埗店。誰知今個星期日下午,都要等差不多45分才有位。題外話,隔離店趕緊老鼠,好多老鼠趕了出馬路。去相:豉汁魚茸釀雞髀菇其他地方好少見,味濃,魚茸唔覺好特別,雞髀菇腍多少少會更好食煎蛋牛肉飯OK鮮蝦燒賣皇好味,好鮮陳皮蒸牛肉球好新鮮,嫌過腍,冇乜咬勁。酥皮焗叉燒包焗爐壞,取消了,試唔到這個招牌點心鮮蝦腐皮卷煎得香口,鮮蝦大大隻薑蔥牛肉角OK,個涵同個汁多好多蔥黃沙豬潤腸皮薄又滑,豬潤切細了,夠腍夠鮮冇怪味,唔嚡口,好食蝦餃水準之作,好鮮煎蘿蔔糕好多蘿蔔,水準之作,好味都OK的,會帶屋企人多來一次。
