To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 男朋友想食小菜飲少少酒, 就帶我嚟呢度食野。佢話呢間唔算係好好食,但唔會係難食😂間舖喺巷仔入面, 但都好多人嚟食, 巷仔兩邊都有舖位, 多人等都好快有位。舖頭冇酒牌, 要喺前面間士多買啤酒。落單可以自己寫再比侍應姐姐。我哋寫左小炒王, 黃金魷魚同上湯勝瓜。碟碟餸都好大碟, 勝瓜仲切得好大舊。小炒王少少辣, 個腰果好脆好香😋 我本來係唔食韭黃, 男朋友話佢炒到冇青味, 叫我試下, 我一試就覺得好神奇, 點解可以去晒啲青味🤩🤩黃金魷魚好香口, 好香咸蛋黃味, 仲會見到咸蛋粒粒, 魷魚好彈牙👍🏻呢兩個餸用嚟送酒真係好夾😋上湯勝瓜除左有大大舊勝瓜, 仲有竹笙, 蒜子, 肉碎, 清清哋。整體嚟講都算好食, 但唔會話好有驚喜嗰種👌🏻👍🏻
