收工約埋幾個大學同學食飯,因為想食中菜嘅關係,我地揀左去長沙灣嘅人氣大排檔大中華飯店。.由長沙灣C出口出,向荔枝角方向行大約5-10分鐘就到。去到附近,你就會見到一系列嘅大中華餐廳,有小食店、甜品店等等,係甜品店嘅轉彎就會見到大中華飯店正門口。無論有無訂枱,都係要去正門口攞枱,星期六日比較full,所以最好訂左位先黎。我地今次有訂枱又係平日夜晚,所以就完全唔洗等位。.呢到落單係半自助形式,入座嘅時候會有張單,你係單上面寫低想叫嘅餸菜,然後就交出去頭先攞位個counter到就得。要買酒水都係要過去大中華甜品隔離嘅士多到買。.大中華有兩大名菜係一定要試,分別係鐵板黑椒豬手同土匪雞,我地當然有叫啦!我地另外叫左蠔餅、西蘭花炒豬頸肉同鼓椒炒花甲。.我一向麻麻地食中式豬手,但係之前同屋企人黎食過呢到嘅豬手之後,一試愛上啲豬皮好厚身好腍,食落有滿滿骨膠原嘅感覺!而且個黑椒汁十分惹味,用黎餸飯一流!土匪雞上碟嘅時候係串係鐵枝上面,估計燒嘅時候已經係咁,因為碟上面無厚厚嘅雞油,而且燒得好平均,成隻雞都皮脆肉嫩🤤唯一美中不足係個醬太咸,試左一啖之後就無用啦,因為其實本身都夠味🙈蠔餅我嫌個炸粉味道一般,不過值得一讚係啲蠔都幾大隻。豉椒炒花甲調味較辣,但係味道好好,不過略嫌細碟左少少,食得唔夠候西蘭花炒豬頸肉正正常常啦,豬頸肉都幾大塊同幾多,唔錯。順帶一提,係餐廳係可以叫大中華甜品嘅,我地就叫左個榴連班戟同芒果腸粉,味道唔錯,食埋甜品十分滿足!我地一共五個人食,埋單每人大約170蚊左右,價錢合理,一定會再黎! continue reading

一大班朋友打完波,唔知食乜好,但係時間又唔早!突然之間諗起好多年冇幫襯過嘅大中華。就即刻飛車去食啦地點喺長沙灣地鐵站行幾分鐘就到啦。半自助點餐又幾好喎,自己食啲乜就寫係張紙,攞出門口有個靚女就會幫你落單。要啤酒汽水就要行出去佢哋嗰間無名Store買要食甜品行出去轉過彎就係大中華甜品首先介紹佢哋嘅主菜土匪雞,砂鍋臘味煲仔飯,同埋豪餅土匪雞皮脆滑亂但係我覺得有少少鹹,而煲仔飯我覺得硬左D。豪餅就真係好好味,個炸漿唔會好乾,啲豪仔唔會好腥。 continue reading

來到長沙灣食大排檔,一定要來出曬名既大中華飯店,佢地既小菜一直以來都保持到不錯既水準,食物用料又足又新鮮,廚師用心煮出來既小菜,一食就感受得到。招牌鐵板黑椒豬手一上枱熱辣辣,賣相吸引,豬手份量好足好大隻,調味做得非常好,入口非常惹味,難怪好多食客都會叫呢個小菜,係必食之選!!~招牌土匪雞呢個土匪雞相當入味,上枱時成隻雞甘上,好大隻好有氣勢!!雞肉烤得皮脆肉嫰,完全沒有鞋口既感覺,好味推介!!炸墨魚餅墨魚餅份量不少,墨魚餅炸完後都仲非常彈牙好味,又惹味又可口!!~ continue reading

飯店離地鐵站有段距離,行都去熱騰騰但好彩冷氣夠曬涼.但如果好像我我甘弱質編编記得帶多件風褸仔。講返食物先,本menu都有返甘上下厚,圖文並茂,菜名都幾有創意,有少少衝動想叫個"肉鮮肉死",但友人目標非常清晰,只叫主打熱門菜式(土匪雞、鐵板黑椒豬手、琵琶豆腐、蠔餅、蜆芥鯪魚球、腊味煲仔飯)。本來去到先叫到menu話土匪雞要預訂,友人當堂嚇一嚇,然後得啖笑,但其實食頭圍(六點至八點)既都有得叫的,同埋可能土匪雞都吾算平(再唸返,個名都俾哂tips),所以都吾係好多枱有叫到。吾洗五分鐘隻土匪雞就到左,上菜速度十分驚人,隻雞既擺位都幾出位,打卡一流,肉質都吾錯,最主要係有得自己切。鐵板黑椒豬手亦相當正,今次叫的幾個菜都要自己動手,幾有趣!至於蜆芥鯪魚球炸得幾乾身,個醬汁幾特別,酸得尼帶點甜,又不像普通酸甜醬。相當腊味煲仔飯就比下出,分量同個煲不成正比,友人笑言係咪畀人食過。整體黎講,食物都十分出色,一貫有大牌檔風味,值得推薦!P.s. 飲品在店無得叫,要在街口的士多買,是次只喝茶,但走的時候留意到士多價錢亦可接受。 continue reading

色香味俱全, 惹味又地道小炒店.大排檔的桌和椅, 室內有冷氣開放. 今次係第二次來到, 平日晚上九時左右, 座位很多不用等位, 之後陸陸續續也有其他客人入座. 店內沒有汽水飲品供應, 需自行到附近的士多店購買, 好近的. 五個人點了五碟餸, 份量很大. 我地無叫飯, 但全部清晒. 啫啫芥蘭煲十份惹味芥蘭爽脆, 但沒芥蘭味的. 凍食豬腳仔豬腳仔爽的, 味道帶辣. 豬腳仔, 好細隻, 似乳豬的腳仔. 煎蠔餅香口香脆蠔餅每口有蠔, 不會粉粉的. 蠔大大隻. 好味!蒜香骨排骨里面沒有味道肉質OK, 但較乾身. 炒聖子仔看似走壳似的但聖子壳全在底. 帶辣, 聖子炒得剛好. continue reading
