To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 是晚老闆請食飯, 所以冇得選擇食乜, 亦唔知食乜, 只有食定唔食, 但見到D海鮮咁新鮮, 又點會唔食咁蠢丫..............由於係星期六晚, 七點零去到已經坐到八成滿, 好彩有BOOK枱, 如果唔係一定有排等................唔知係去到先煮定係太多客煮唔切, 等咗大半個鐘先有得食, 中途餸與餸之間都要等起碼10分鐘, 不過未食得果陣個個都去shopping, 而且又見到幾個明星坐埋一枱食, 當飯前節目................ 蒜茸開邊蒸龍蝦仔我估計d龍蝦仔都有8"長, 好好肉地, 好好味, 又唔會蒸到好un 西芹炒龍躉球個芡重咗d, 而且鹹咗少少 蠔汁蒸鮮鮑魚仔唔好食, 始終鍾意清蒸多d, 佢用鮮鮑扮乾鮑咁整個蠔油芡, 但又冇去殼, 搞到唔知似乜咁!! 蒸龍躉腩好多油, 唔知係龍躉本身d油定係佢想蒸得滑d而加多d油?? 龍脊响螺湯腥腥地, 而且好勁胡椒味, 如果唔係有湯渣跟上, 我仲以為係胡椒豬肚湯tim~~~ 菠蘿咕嚕肉得奬名菜, 但我覺得都係不外如事, d咕嚕肉好肥, 個粉好厚, 但好脆, 可能好多層粉, 分好多似炸掛?? 臘味飯冇

冇特別, 因為生果靚, 所以好甜


其實可能仲有其他餸, 不過已經成個幾月前的事, 所以唔太記得食過d咩lu~~~
