難得放假,當然要好好放鬆一下,這次我來到由上環搬到尖沙咀的霜瀛,享受他們的午市限時優惠。特別的是,回顧午市的廚師發辦餐套餐,第二、第三位還可享受半價優惠,真是經濟又划算。我們的午餐從三品小食開始,首先上的是京都湯頁,豆香味濃郁,令人食指大動。接著是豆腐配三文魚子,搭配水雲醋,開胃之餘更添清新。水草上面撒了少許薑蓉,讓整道菜更加清爽。隨後來到櫻花蝦茶碗蒸,口感滑嫩,香氣四溢。活八爪魚則用海鹽和新鮮柚子皮調味,彈牙的口感十分誘人。甘蝦刺身則搭配鱈魚子,底層是豆腐蓉,甘蝦肉質甜美,令人陶醉。另外,日本生蠔小豆𡷊配柚子啫喱及沖繩葡萄,清新得來更添層次感。鰹魚刺身經過火炙處理,再塗上濃厚的紫菜醬,灑上金箔,視覺效果一流,味道也非常豐富。百合饅頭搭配松葉蟹湯,百合的清甜和蟹肉的鮮甜融合得恰到好處。壽司與飯物赤蝦壽司上淋有黑松露醬,風味獨特。新鮮鯖魚搭配新鮮薑蔥,簡單卻美味。帆立貝壽司則以新鮮柚子提升了清新感。火炙黑鯥魚配魚子醬,炭火香氣四溢,新鮮銀鱈魚上有西京麵豉醬,火炙後的魚油更是爆發出來。最後是灑上雪鹽的新鮮拖羅,簡直讓人欲罷不能。日本海膽飯更是華麗,灑上金粉,視覺的享受無與倫比。味噌湯中加入
