To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. (311 後轉左喺福岡入貨 安心曬~)用紫菜包住海膽再配上Sake.......So Sweeeeet~!魚生之後便是壽司 我地揀左白肉豚/海膽魷魚/葱吞拿魚腩/左口魚邊貪係人嘅本性 由其係貪吃 雖然巳經飽左 但係條俐話我知未夠 所以我決定要個胃做多少少再嚟白蝦壽司! 白蝦上配上一夥魚子 如此份量的配撘 能帶出蝦中清甜之如又不會令人覺得魚子味道霸道 師父功力可見一班~!最後師父還介紹金目鯛(要預定) 下次一定試!
