To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 壽司師傅把右口魚的兩邊都用火燒過,所以右口魚充滿油脂,入口溶化,配著脆身紫菜及壽司醋飯,剛好中和魚的油脂感。

總括而言,整個用餐體驗是舒適的,因為店員服務親切,師傅亦把每道菜式解釋得好詳細,而且全程吃的刺生都沒有一點腥味(本人好怕腥),所以感覺不錯。
