.搵開黃店嘅時候搵到依間元朗私房菜,睇到佢faceboook page 個FAQ咁多規則,都有少少嚇窒咗,不過最後都係Book咗黎試下😝(想知自己去佢fb page 睇)🤣首先上咗個包先,上面鋪滿曬Parmesan cheese🧀,芝士鹹香味十足,仲可以點油醋同埋連埋parma ham一齊食。重點係個包係熱辣辣同好軟熟,好高質呀🤤然後就到沙律啦,沙律菜好新鮮,仲有好多唔同顏色同好甜嘅蕃茄,混合埋落咗黑醋嘅沙律菜一齊食,好開胃。👍🏻至於個餐湯係蘑菇湯,賣相好似麻麻地,但其實係好好飲🤤。個湯夠熱就基本啦,仲要好creamy 同埋食到啖啖打成蓉嘅蘑菇蓉,口感一流。然後就係全日嘅重點,威靈頓牛柳啦🤩。一上枱已經覺得擺盤好靚。個牛柳有四層:酥皮,parma ham ,菇粒同埋牛柳。其實一切開個牛柳果四層係必然會散開,自己夾返埋一齊食,係好有口感,個酥皮好香唔油,而個牛肉質好鮮嫩又唔膩,真係食到停唔到口🤓。而啲配菜都唔可以睇少,個薯仔有好重牛油味,仲焗到個外皮好脆,真係第一次食到咁好食嘅薯仔🥰。仲有啲碎菇粒同埋兩條甜蘿蔔都唔錯,係個蒜頭嘅蒜味真係有啲重,唔係好啱我食😝。然後就係

然後就到沙律啦,沙律菜好新鮮,仲有好多唔同顏色同好甜嘅蕃茄,混合埋落咗黑醋嘅沙律菜一齊食,好開胃。👍🏻

然後就係龍蝦汁煎南極魚,個魚皮有少少厚到,煎到好香脆,魚肉都嫩滑,不過個魚就有少少唔熟,不過我相信係意外黎🤣。個龍蝦汁好香濃又唔太鹹,可以當湯飲埋🤤,好滿足。

訂位嘅時候都有問甜品洗唔洗寫字,所以餐廳都知依一餐係慶祝生日嘅。佢哋都好貼心咁準備埋蠟燭同主動幫我哋影相。而甜品就係咖啡朱古力蛋糕,個蛋糕係專登雪耐啲等佢硬身一啲去營造雪糕蛋糕嘅口感,蛋糕面係用咗70%濃度嘅朱古力醬,唔會太甜又唔會太膩,真係好有驚喜。🥰

訂位嘅時候餐廳都會問下我地嘅食量同埋有無食物係唔食,咁我就揀咗正常食量嘅,最後埋單就係每人$1000 唔需要另收加一。而飲品就係到時直接喺雪櫃拎,食完再一次過收錢。最想讚下侍應姐姐,超級好服務態度,都有幫我哋換下碟同清潔乾淨張枱,又好好笑容,每上一道菜都會好清楚咁介紹菜式同食法,令到我哋都食得好滿意。🥰如果問我有咩可以改善嘅話,我會建議佢哋啲碟同碗用曬玻璃會更好。😝 餐廳又兩張高枱,每張可以容納2-3人,仲有個梳化位,都可以坐到6-8人。我地依餐都食咗兩個幾鐘,所以想食就真係要預早book 位啦。
