To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 次次係海港城見到美中鴨子總係逼滿人,所以一直好想試吓到底係咪咁好食。雖然我明白唔應該成日幫襯大集團,應該試吓啲小店,但無可否認美心集團嘅餐廳食物質素有保證,而且性價比高。好幾個朋友知我會去都同我講唔好食,北京樓好食啲,但係我唔會將佢地比較,因為美中鴨子平好多,冇可能要求北京樓嘅質素。我自己對佢嘅食物係滿意嘅,甚至比想像中好,所以要幫佢平反下。清炒萵筍絲$98萵荀係我最鍾意食嘅蔬菜之一,炒得爽脆清甜,唔會太油膩牛肉餡餅$36餅皮略嫌油膩,牛肉餡肉味濃郁雲吞鴨湯$50將雲吞雞湯換左做鴨,個湯好似雞湯,應該冇乜味精北京填鴨$298片皮鴨同平時食嘅有啲唔同,將皮同肉中間嘅脂肪片走,將鴨肉放底上面舖滿燒香左嘅鴨皮,配以青瓜,香葱同約二十塊餅皮。特登叫店員留低蒸籠蓋,令餅皮可以保溫。整體來講,絕對係抵食,可以滿足想食片皮鴨嘅欲望。桂花拉糕$48有驚喜嘅甜品,唔會太甜,口感似年糕,中間有微微桂花香,好煙韌,啱我口味。
