曾經因為菠蘿生炒骨去食飯,今日卻因為飯店再獲米芝蓮推介而食飯。今次冇叫菠蘿生炒骨,反而叫咗其他餸菜。🌸招牌砵仔焗魚腸蛋皮微焦脆,蛋包着魚腸,另有膶和叉燒,口感軟滑冇腥味,食完都冇油膩感。🌸懷舊蝦多士蝦多士鋪滿芝麻,蝦膠大大粒,口感實淨,多士香脆唔油。🌸生記招牌古法鹽焗雞鹽焗雞的皮乾爽,肉質有嚼勁,味道冇過鹹而係帶鹹香。🌸家傳手磨生煎藕餅機乎每枱都會叫呢個餸,藕餅外表煎得香脆唔易散,仲食到粒粒爽脆蓮藕,鯪魚肉和豬腩肉。🌸蝦籽古法扣柚皮柚皮吸曬芡汁的香味,冇澀味,口感柔軟入味。最後侍應仲送上白糖糕做甜品。
