To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 之前食過幾次魚生飯都好新鮮,今晚再食。之前都食過特上活一鮮魚生飯 ($132) 比普通活一鮮飯 ($102) 貴 $30 但換左大蝦,蟹鉗同綠色蟹膏,好好味,所以今晚再叫。上菜後,我們發覺沒有蟹膏,問職員,佢堅持係冇,不過如果我地要可以俾返我地,我地緊係要,因為好好食冇理由冇。之後職只送上一碟不名黃色醬料就當係。有冇搞錯?Menu張相都明明有綠色蟹膏,問你又求其俾碟醬當係算點先?食都碗底仲驚,隻碗跟本已經碎裂,仲用?一來唔合衛生,裂縫會藏污糟野。二來俾人食都碎片點算?食都一肚氣,完全唔覺得好食。響活一鮮北角分店食同一個飯就好好多。西環店完全沒心制作,有被騙感覺。
