一心諗住嚟試吓sake機,不過因為疫情關係所以冇得玩。算啦,今日嘅主角係炭火燒肉~店員遞上3款醬汁,分別係燒肉汁、柚子芥末醬及自家製蕃茄汁酒盜薯仔沙律 ($38)酒盜即係用魚內臟及魚腸加鹽醃制而成嘅食品,比較少啲見。看似簡單嘅薯仔沙律,加咗薯片碎,味道口感夠特別牛肉盛合 ($330)有日本和牛背峰、日本和牛腩、日本和牛三角腩小排、美國牛小排、美國翼板、牛心及牛舌。鍾意食牛嘅啱晒!除咗和牛腩,其他都唔會好油,肉味好香濃而且肉質柔軟美國壺漬牛小排 ($108)成塊牛小排好長,又厚身!醃漬過後非常入味,口感軟嫩,好似食極都仲有咁,好滿足日本雞腎 ($34)肉質彈牙有口感 炭火雞 ($98)就咁睇,咁黑,唔係幾吸引。但其實黑色只係醬汁,燒到微焦,炭燒焦味非常濃郁,店員話要加埋wasabi食,又係另一種境界鹽燒法國鵪鶉 ($148)店員慢慢將鵪鶉由生燒至充滿焦香,入口充滿彈性,肉質滑溜伊比利亞豬肋條 ($88)食落感覺唔會好肥,一啲都唔韌山形縣產煙燻豬腩 ($128)超級厚切,而且肥瘦適中,一層層咁樣,食落微鹹,但唔會有平時煙肉好鹹好鹹嗰種味道,反而多咗一份煙燻炭味夏枯草 ($38)試過食日式燒
