To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 之前見海港城店日日Full House已經心郁郁, 難得分店搬咗去將軍澳就一於試下! 由於餐廳不設訂位, 而且要過半數入座, 用餐當日同家人五點幾就排隊等候。餐廳裝潢行歐陸風情, 亦有半開放式廚房展示烤鴨片鴨, 但個人嚟講覺得座位有啲逼, 未必適合大伙人嘅聚會。烤鴨即點即烤, 所以一入座就即刻order, 先再慢慢睇餐牌。等咗45分鐘, 主角終於到! 第一印象係擺盤好精緻, 富中國風嘅碟令整體感覺昇華咗。鴨皮香脆, 鴨肉鬆化, 油脂分佈平均, 配上熱辣辣嘅餅皮食絕對一流。另外, 因為家人比較鍾意食青瓜條, 侍應都願意額外提供一碟
