To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 當Dim Sum Library 開張時，它的装修及雀鳥裝飾牆以致其餐廳主色都很吸晴。但我的第一感覺是：這是做外國人生意的點心“西”茶館。所以一直都不打算光顧。直至我一位“半唐番”朋友回港渡假，他提議到Dim Sum Library食點心，哈！恭喜恭喜，它真的target到這批客人！我作為不離地的香港人唯有抱住食fusion精品點心的心態相伴。坐下看見枱上的餐具已感到是力sell高檔有品味的形象，一看menu就更確定它的高檔，食品價格是相當之能比美5星級酒店的中菜廳。既然來到，錢也不是重點，就是要會一會fusion精品點心的神髓，因點心的名稱已一一說明其mix & match 的食材，所以不打算每款介紹，當然亦有些點心不值介紹，因真的沒有什麼特別！很多我們叫了的點心其西式食材是在點心裏沒有多加其功能，可以說“你有你的味，我有我的味”，它們沒有融和在同一個點心內，亦不太能互相幫大家提升味道或加了味道層次，總括來說，不帶驚喜但亦沒有太失望。題外話：這裏都有很多食品是加了鵝肝的，如各位喜愛鵝肝的話，一定很高興。
