To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一入到舖頭 已經聞到陣怪味 同事話係果啲食店吾乾淨先會有既氣味 咁我見間舖係玩懷舊風 有怪味可能係因為放左好多舊櫃同舊相機但其實吾難睇到店入面啲衛生都麻麻地 地下好多垃圾都冇掃 啲擺設都舖哂塵 啲老鼠藥同殺蟲水都放係啲好當眼既位置。。。我地坐係對正廚房出菜位出面張枱 之後叫完野食 食緊既時候 竟然見到出菜果個廚房佬拎住支煙係到擺盤出菜。。。。。。。。。。。。我真係呆左 當堂冇哂食慾。。。間餐廳某啲位影相係幾靚 但真係冇下次。。。
