To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

對馬來西亞菜一直都有種情意結,今日千里迢迢去到大坑覓食,但求有好西🤩 間餐廳雖然係小店,但都好多人陸陸續續泥買外賣,仲同老闆娘好好傾,應該質素都唔差~泥到緊係要叫個招牌肉骨茶,雖然係細份,但都勁多舊肉骨仲有豬軟骨,個湯底好濃郁入味,d肉好夠淋,配料都好足,我地散叫左個白飯送湯,好滿足!小食叫左洋蔥油酥餅配咖哩汁,啖啖洋蔥,外皮幾酥脆,味道唔錯~另外我好欣賞個馬拉盞炒蘿蔔糕,外皮整到幾脆口,外脆內軟咁,連埋d配菜食好正,味道偏濃,係比較重口味同邪惡,但呢個都係我回憶中的味道 ☺美綠恐龍大大杯,唔會太甜;薏米水超足料,估唔到仲有冬瓜粒,消暑一流😍

泥到緊係要叫個招牌肉骨茶,雖然係細份,但都勁多舊肉骨仲有豬軟骨,個湯底好濃郁入味,d肉好夠淋,配料都好足,我地散叫左個白飯送湯,好滿足!
