To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 叫咗好多唔同嘢食,有炸比目魚扒、啤酒鴨、三杯雞、蜆、新竹米粉、櫻花蝦炒飯、滷水拼盤等等,一人叫咗一杯嘢飲,我叫咗熱情果梳打。炸比目魚扒唔係好油,但唔係好香,不過都OK嘅。櫻花蝦炒飯幾好食,好香,又唔會太咸。新竹米粉賣相麻麻地,同埋啲椰菜蘿蔔絲芽菜一齊炒,但本身鍾意食新竹米粉覺得幾好食。三杯雞,正常味道,唔知三杯雞咩味😂個啤酒鴨冇影到相,一開始食舊豆卜有啲啤酒味,唔知係咪之後個啲酒味揮發左,好似冇啤酒味,個鴨都ok。叫侍應俾啲碗或者碟我哋,但俾咗膠兜我哋,覺得有啲唔係咁環保。

個啤酒鴨冇影到相,一開始食舊豆卜有啲啤酒味,唔知係咪之後個啲酒味揮發左,好似冇啤酒味,個鴨都ok。
侍應俾啲碗或者碟我哋,但俾咗膠兜我哋,覺得有啲唔係咁環保。
