Restaurant: Tim Ho Wan, the Dim-Sum Specialists

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 十年前,旺角小店,環境擠逼,去食一次要等2小時以上!但老闆、伙計,同聲同氣,又會為你介紹好食的。雖然客似雲來,但唔會感受到“趕客”!只係自己知道外面多人等候,會嗱嗱聲品嚐完就走。今日,食物還ok,餐廳大了,分店又多,但未坐低已感覺到“趕客”!帶位、落單、上菜,無一感覺不到5星級的差:一入門表明2位,點知個個問完又問,跟本無心聽我講,更加唔會打招呼;落單個位,望都無望你,一手搶咗落單紙就走;上菜嘅,一手插埋嚟推比我接(我坐外面,從右後插入),明明左手走廄位,枱又大量空位,自己放低唔可以!?;樓面的,明明自己將點心疊高,轉頭又要揭起籠點心,睇你下面籠點心食完未,收你嘢!坐多陣,已聽到帶位的鬧隔離枱小朋友坐得衰,霸到再隔離咗吉枱!真心唔知道呢間添好運同我以前去個間係咪唔同老闆!?以前上電視做訪問唔係咁啵!
