To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 環境尚可,食物絕對不俗,尤其是鴨,蟹,和羊。但有些食物砌件欠人情: 明明是一隻羊腿(價值$48/1隻),但變了半隻不健全的腿上碟,這欠公平。此外,晚上用歺門囗侍應明明話1.5小時交枱,但在進食中,主菜還未到齊,由40分鐘開始侍應虎視眈眈,未食完都想收走碟食物!算點先? 進食是享受一種,去一閒有體面的美中鴨子不是希望有以上的待遇,請求務必改善服務質素。也許排隊等候制度可作改善,會令客人感覺舒服而不會鼓臊,
