潮州菜除咗鵝片同蠔餅,其實仲有好多好野食早排去咗「陳儀興尚潮樓」,好有驚喜呀!👍餐廳位於太子,地理位置非常方便。而餐廳有兩層,裝潢非常古色古香,樓底高,座位夠闊落,坐得好舒服。😊生醃瀨尿蝦 ($288)第一次見生醃瀨尿蝦決定試下,瀨尿蝦size正常,上碟時已經將每隻開咗4份,一夾就見到橙黃色嘅蝦膏,勁吸引!醬汁嘅蒜同芫荽幾多,整體味道幾濃。而蝦嘅肉質幾鮮甜,唔錯!🤤魚露浸花甲 ($198)花甲又甜又肥美,一碟份量都幾多,加埋魚露醬汁提鮮,夏天食呢個冷盤正呀!☺️😊鵝肉雙併 ($198)食潮州菜點可以無鵝片架,今次揀咗拼大墨魚!鵝嘅油脂好香,肉質幾嫩仲啖啖肉,食脾位無骨真係好正!墨魚好爽好彈牙,最底嘅豆腐沾滿滷水汁,勁入味,好食。😋😋乾貝春菜煲 ($118)平時比較少見到嘅菜式,春菜係潮州人經常食嘅蔬菜,食落同菜心/芥菜有啲似,味道甘甜,乾貝份量都ok,上湯調味剛好。菜式選擇幾多,好多都好吸引,而且喺出面比較少見嘅手工菜。整體用餐體驗良好,食物質素好,坐得舒服又無壓迫感,必須要讚店員服務好貼心同友善,亦會主動加水,已經好想再去食多次啦!😊💖💖
