凡高廚房單聽名字就令我連想到美術與美食的結合,呢間位於軒尼斯道的意大利菜西餐廳。餐廳佈置略花心思,從抽象中找尋你的味未開始食都要扮下藝術人不多廢神,廚師推介的set dinner 有湯,小食,主菜,甜品,餐飲餐湯可選雜菌忌廉湯同什菜湯,唔係我影得差什菜湯真係黑色,但味道就象一般什菜湯唔通凡高色彩,而雜菌湯就想當濃郁菇味,加上口感香滑,唔錯小食就係呢道凍蝦拼三文魚卷,配有香草欖油,凍蝦新鮮爽口,煙三文魚卷上菜絲,菜減去煙魚的咸,清新開胃香煎勺草挪威三文魚伴法式忌廉薯蓉,香檸牛油,慢煎三文魚保留左魚油的香,肉質唔老,薯蓉係新鮮薯做,唔係粉開嗰d,唯獨個醬味道差少少傳統甜品cream brulee
