今日自己一支公嚟咗旺角搵食,就想搵啲餐廳就算自己毒毒地食都唔奇怪嘅。咁啱又見到呢間拉麵好似幾多人排隊,就諗住try try. 就算自己一個入去食都要等一陣。以拉麵店嚟講,餐廳嘅湯底種類都好多,仲有期間限定款添。我今次就點咗一個魚介湯底($86)嘅博多麵 (白麵)。然後叉燒就要慢煮梅肉叉燒 (4片)。上菜啦,望落都幾吸引眼球。唔知點解碗拉麵上嘅材料感覺放得好整齊,有種用心嘅感覺。覺得幾好嘅地方係有得揀麵嘅種類,因為本身唔係好鍾意食黃色嘅拉麵。白麵會幼身啲,麵嘅軟硬度我揀咗軟。雖然白麵係俾黃麵幼,但係都無阻佢掛湯嘅程度,依然係好入味。魚介湯底帶點鮮味,唔會太鹹同埋太油。拉麵上面落咗啲木魚絲,感覺唔係好手軟。木耳絲大大嚿嘅竹筍都好欣賞佢個拉麵嘅叉燒嘅份量,有四片都好足夠。而且呢個慢煮梅肉叉燒一啲都唔乾身,軟身、帶有少少肥肉,個人覺得好滿意。另外加咗$13要隻糖心蛋,同樣係冇得挑剔。食住拉麵,望住埲牆都會望到一啲打氣嘅字句,感覺幾舒服。感覺幾滿意,下次希望食吓蟹膏湯底或者係海老湯底嘅拉麵。
