To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 服務：人手不足！攞餐牌要等，落菜要等，開爐要等～食物上枱後，冇人理會。要行出去叫人開蒸爐，先至有人理！坐低到有嘢食，大概20幾至30分鐘😤 蒸元貝未熟，就夾到落我嘅碟上面。要我同佢講話未熟先再蒸。完全唔分生嘢食同熟嘢食嘅夾，隨便順手拎起就用。😨衛生😬：成餐飯總共見到四隻小小強。😬🤮三隻係上菜之後出現係枱面，一隻係粥底度發現，好彩未食！懷疑係喺上菜嘅碟上面爬到枱上, 好懷疑廚房衛生。 唔知心理因素定係真係食物有問題，食後覺得肚痛。收費：門口列有的$298set, 坐低後被告知沒有。諗住散叫，卻被推銷其他set餐, 同佢講想食肉，佢就推銷$999set。同埋無論叫餐定散叫禮拜六日又要再加$28一位！感覺有點被昆嘅感覺～食物：平心而論整體海鮮質素唔差，蟹係最出色，但觀乎衛生、侍應服務常識及態度， 真心冇下次

蒸元貝未熟，就夾到落我嘅碟上面。要我同佢講話未熟先再蒸。完全唔分生嘢食同熟嘢食嘅夾，隨便順手拎起就用。😨
