To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 灣仔 謝斐道142號建利大廈地舖而家茶餐廳都乾淨企理,因客人要求高。因為出銅鑼灣購物,先去附近食個lunch。$46鮑魚火腿絲米粉,配4.3日本牛奶炒蛋,牛油麥包吐司典形常餐組合,個忌廉雞湯好香好滑,米粉亦都附住湯。連埋鮑魚同火腿絲咬下,就咁食碗食曬。個包有用心,是麥包比白麵包多左陣麥香同實心d,牛油就增添鹹香用。另外個炒蛋好滑,加左日本牛奶而當中油份令到多更滑嫩多汁,夾埋多士一齊吃超正。飲品特別在有有其他茶餐廳小見架特飲,好似薑味奶茶。我點左凍朱古力呀,回暖又濕架天氣,點可以缺少凍飲。
