燒味係中國人獨有既技倆…燒鵝應該係最受歡迎吧…而係元朗開業十多年也屹立不倒…就有呢間<天鴻>…老闆曾經好有自信咁講過>>“永遠只有人等鵝…無鵝等人”…☆。☆呢度燒鵝日賣過百隻…對於擁有年資廿多年既老闆...絕對無難度啦...我地7點左右黎到…門口滿哂人…伙記見我地係門口下…就話比我地知...得返last一隻下裝...我地梗係諗都唔駛諗...拿拿林入去坐啦…^o^...真係好好運呢…由於師傅要招呼左d外賣客先...所以我地就飲住湯等...>,<…今日係南北杏蜜棗紅蘿蔔粟米湯...十蚊碗大大碗...好多料...熱辣辣…又無味精...甜酸醬...當然係用黎沾燒鵝用...除左燒鵝…仲叫左碗义燒飯…义燒燒鵝放埋一齊…淨飯上…仲有鼓油添…其實係鵝油精華至真…甜而不膩…齋用黎撈飯都已經好好味啦…^^!等左十數分鐘…終於有得食啦…估唔到咁大碟…色澤光亮…香味撲鼻…墊底有鵝腳鵝頸…仲有椰菜添…唔駛齋做食肉獸哪…椰菜仲可以沾鵝油食…一d都無浪費…>,<…據聞老闆係選用佛山黑鬃鵝…此鵝皮豐厚油份多…燒出黎特別皮脆甘香…而且即劏即運…絕不冰鮮

據聞老闆係選用佛山黑鬃鵝…此鵝皮豐厚油份多…燒出黎特別皮脆甘香…而且即劏即運…絕不冰鮮…用秘製醬料醃完風乾6個鐘…再掃麥芽糖燒50分鐘…出爐之後…再用火槍燒去殘餘毛頭…再掛起風乾10分鐘…好讓鵝身肌肉放鬆…肉汁滲入其中…實在好考功夫呢!!

Other Info. : 1) 建議唔好叫一碗/碟燒鵝飯…散叫似乎係新鮮熱辣辣斬件出黎…肉汁比較多… 2) 有食客建議食燒鵝配藍x牌啤酒…因濃淡味適中…唔會蓋過燒鵝味道…
