自問係一個"海鮮控"的我,今晚食到的海鮮令我有心滿意足的感覺,食物質素超高,地點又方便,坐位又舒適,店員親切態度更加值滿分。安藝虎 土佐錦 純米吟釀:15%酒精成份,酒味香濃,感覺厚身,真係唔錯。野菜條沙律伴鯷魚醬:店員解說"鯷魚醬"是以多春魚及沙甸魚製成,濃香帶鮮帶鹹,配上青爽的野菜條(沙葛、青瓜等...),味道剛剛好。北寄貝刺身:鮮甜味美,難以形容,好想再食。鮑魚濱燒:口感煙韌,配柚子胡椒醬感覺特別。蟹濱燒:雪場蟹腳配蟹醋,同樣鮮甜帶少許海水鹹味。時令魚鹽燒:今晚係一條新鮮"笛鯛",魚肉作為刺身,口感淋淋地,鮮味;魚骨以炸的煮法,好香口有魚味,一邊飲純米吟釀一邊食炸魚骨,正!燒自家製一夜干雞翼:先炸後燒,好香口,肉質滑。柚子雪葩:外觀一流,味道酸酸甜甜,令這餐飯完滿了。
