半島酒店餐廳一向水準高,這天又去Felix食它們的Seasonal Menu. Felix裝修一向都走玩味、新潮路線,予人感覺較年輕,不似傳統Fine Dine. 食物方面也是不甘於傳統的歐派菜。熱湯己經忘了是什麼了,熱前菜是龍蝦的西式炸物,用脆皮包裹著龍蝦,再以龍蝦湯加以配搭。之後便是煎鵝肝,一貫水準的好吃。主菜是碳燒和牛,底座更做了一個像網燒的燒架盛著和牛擺盤,有趣。這天也開了一支Half bottle的Pinot Noir配搭。最後便是甜點,一如以往的選了cheese platter作甜點。值得一季一次的Fine Dine.
