曾經曾經覺得去Felix係一件好型既事,其實最出名都係佢個toilet,居高臨下無敵靚景toilet,女廁係洗手盤側邊“望”到靚景only..但veevee望靚景就只係優待男仕喇。尋日終於去左Felix試左佢個Early Dinner 限時6:00-8:00 價錢的確優惠$468+10% 多得有 人誠意推介加book枱,長假期可以好好enjoy呢個靚景3 courses 晚餐,最後Starter揀左Scallops,Main 牛牛,甜品係Bean curd cheese mousse and Mango sauce honey icecream and berry pancake。 首先食西餐當然有麵包,對於我呢d麵包控,呢度既麵包同牛油真心覺得超好味,法式牛油+外脆内軟包,我好快就KO左兩個,到Scallops煎得幾香入面仲係Q軟,medium rare牛牛分別用上唔同部位既牛牛同煮法,一款係外脆,另一款我估係慢煮牛牛Q軟,最想講既係甜品部份,好似好多野夾埋一齊,bean curd cheese mousse + mango sauce 整到好似煎荷包蛋咁,賣相幾好但食落佢同pancake都有d失望呀,抵讚既反而係佢既coffee+甜品既甜品platter(半島朱古力/瑚碟酥/cookies),真心覺得呢餐early dinner 太飽飽要食完早早去行下減肥。大滿足 continue reading

半島生日餐。本來這麼貴價的酒店餐實在要三思一下才來,但竟然被我發現有early dinner。早两個多月前訂位,最高興是,半島call我話Felix有event,但仍會offer early dinner價錢在正價晚餐時間享用。三文魚好嫩,小吃和甜品很高質。800多元二人餐。。。在半島Felix。。。看著維港夜景,我倆不捨得走呀! continue reading

Gastronomic dinner at the top floor of the Peninsula Hotel. Early dinner from 6-8pm. We were allocated a seat overlooking the harbour and we watched the subset while enjoying the meal. Everything was good and I liked the pan seared scallops with garlic pecan sauce with cream braised potato gnocchi. However, the dessert is the climax. Bean curd and cheese moose with mango sauce and honey ice cream and red berry pancake. My girlfriend likes the mango flavored chocolate, chocolates with lavender, the madeleines and the palmiers too. 1029 for two inclusive of service charge, which is great! continue reading

時日本來好開心!諗住生日慶祝!6:00到!之前預約時已講窗邊位!聽電話個人話OK!但原來窗邊有分2邊!一邊望海!一邊望屋頂!我要求坐望海!但服務員話已經定曬!當時已經好唔開心!我話8點之前還台!佢話D客係定左6:30---7:00 OK!我一路坐到8点賣單都仲有一半嘅台無人!之後再投诉服務人員態度極敷衍!我覺得完全是拿錢买氣!連大排擋都不如!原來愈高級的餐廳愈冇質數!以後唔會再去!如果我係老板我唔會用咁樣嘅人做我員工!就算廚師做再好味嘅菜都冇用!因為D客都得罪曬!⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯好失望!好失望!仲好笑話定睇海個邊要一個月前!唔該!一個月之後都唔知發生咩事啦!真心覺得多余!算了!塞氣!呢D人我谂佢也只有係呢D地方威下啦⋯⋯⋯送你四個字⋯xxxx!(自己諗!) continue reading

今天叫了二碟生蠔和兩個主菜,生蠔方面幾新鮮和乾淨(平時一有少少不乾淨我便會肚痾)。但兩個主菜就麻麻,條魚淡而無味,也吃不出魚本身的鮮味,汁也沒什麼味道。相對份牛會好少少,但也不好吃,應該是調味出了問題,聽說主廚是一位法國籍的日本人。雖然食物水準不太好,但服務態度卻很好,除了很有禮貌之外,我們不小心倒瀉了一杯house wine ,服務員主動免費再倒一杯,最後還送了些少甜點給我們。環境上也很好,樓底很高,可以看到成個夜景,近入口處還有一個樓上小吧,很有特色,可是當天比較晚沒有上去喝一杯,下次有機會去體驗下這個小小的酒吧吧。 continue reading
