To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 將軍澳友人帶路食美中鴨子,事關大家都鍾意食片皮鴨。六點一到即刻用app拎飛,約六點半就入得。我地叫左個四人餐。每枱都有碟小食,酸酸的,帶青瓜粒、豆腐乾、花生同豆,幾好食。四人餐有個沙律前菜。幾搞笑,一間中式餐廳會有西式沙律做前菜,應該係食fusion 野。口水雞辣得幾入味,不過雞胸肉有啲鞋。豆苗炒菇,由於我唔食豆苗,冇試到。呢個炸蝦好高質,外脆內彈牙,而且蝦都好大隻。酸酸辣辣的,好鍾意。主角出場,鴨子外皮燒得香脆,捲住青瓜同醬一齊食真係一大享受。每人食到約三舊,份量算多。冇叫到白飯,叫左擔擔麵,微辣,麵質煙韌。
